Punch a dish

Fills in from the menu once the dish name matches. Change it only if the price changed — a different price becomes the dish's new price from this date.

/
02

Or paste a batch

One dish per line, price first — 150 Pork Dish 4/5, 150, Pork Dish, 4/5 or 150, Pork Dish, 4, 5. Every line needs a price above ₱0 (no thousands commas — ₱1200, not ₱1,200). If any line is unreadable or has no price, nothing in the batch gets added.

03

The full slip

Click a date to expand or collapse its entries. Chips: Expand ALL · Last 3 Days Detail · Daily Summary · By Workweek · Monthly Summary. Red box = the name doesn't exactly match the menu. not in menu = no menu dish has this name (the sale keeps its price) — click it to link or add the dish. new price = this sale changed the dish's price — hover for old → new. no price set only appears on older sales saved without a price.

Add a dish

Saving on an existing dish adds a new price record from this date forward — past sales keep the price that was in effect when they were logged.

One material per line — material name, quantity, in that material's own unit. Only perishable ingredients belong here; consumables like LPG are pooled as shared kitchen cost instead. Used to estimate this dish's material cost in the Net Profit tab.

09

Or paste a batch

One dish per line — label, price, label, price, YYYY-MM-DD, or label, price, YYYY-MM-DD, dish category. Every line needs a price above ₱0. Existing labels (matched regardless of case) get a new price record if the price changed. If any line is unreadable or has no price, nothing in the batch gets added.

10

Rename or delete a category

Renaming updates every dish currently in that category automatically — nothing to edit dish by dish. Deleting a category moves its dishes to Uncategorized, so no dish is ever left pointing at a category that no longer exists.

11

Menu & prices

0 dishes · 0 dish categories

Chips show dish categories ranked by how many dishes they hold — click one to show just that category, or Categories to fold everything down to its headers. The pencil edits a dish's name, price or dish category right on its card. Deleting a dish removes it from this list only — every past sale already has its own recorded price locked in, so historical figures are never affected. Renaming a dish updates its label on already-logged sales automatically.

Market & raw material expenses

13

Log an expense

Fill in whichever applies — e.g. ampalaya: 2 kg and 8 pcs. The unit cost is worked out for you and shown here as you type.

Buy type

14

Or paste a batch

Buy type for this whole batch

One item per line — item [weight/volume] [count] price, with commas or spaces: ampalaya 2kg 8pcs 220, egg 30pcs 240, LPG 11kg 1tank 1050. The price is the last plain number. If any line is unreadable, nothing in the batch gets added. Each item is auto-matched against your materials catalog; an unmatched line is still added, flagged in the log below. A line linked to a material but with no quantity is flagged "no qty".

18

Material cost tracking

Ranked by weekly spend, independent of the sales Pareto in the Charts tab — materials above the 80% line are worth logging with quantity and date; the rest can stay a plain lump expense.

What the kitchen actually used each day — quantities only, never pesos, and never linked to market purchases. A line with no unit is in that ingredient's usual unit, set in section 26.

24

Log an ingredient used

The unit fills in with the ingredient's usual unit — change it only if this line really used a different one.

25

Or paste a batch

One ingredient per line — qty [unit] ingredient: 3 bawang, 1/4 bihon, 1 tali sitaw, 1 pcs.patatas. The unit is optional (the usual unit is used). If any line is unreadable, nothing in the batch gets added.

26

Kitchen ingredient list / unit selection

Each ingredient's usual unit — what a plain number means in the log — grouped by category. Pick a unit from the menu or choose "Custom…" to type your own. This list is the kitchen's own, separate from the Materials catalog in Expenses.

27

Ingredients used log

Red box + not in list = the name isn't in section 26 yet — click it to fix the name or add it. unit differs = a different unit than usual — a typo, or a smaller unit.

IngredientQty usedUnit
28

Weekly usage

How much of each ingredient the kitchen used, Mon–Sat. Darker cells = more used that day. Per day = week total ÷ 6 working days (÷ working days so far, for the current week). The last column compares with the week before — handy when planning the next weekly market buy. A line in a different unit gets its own row; nothing is ever converted.

Load data from a file

Import a CSV previously exported from this app (Sales, Expenses, Menu, or Materials — auto-detected) to add those rows to what's already here. Restoring a JSON backup replaces everything instead.

37

Local file sync (PC, Chrome/Edge)

This browser doesn't support direct folder access — use the CSV/JSON export and import above instead (works everywhere, including phones). On a computer with Chrome or Edge, this section lets the app read and write straight to a synced folder, e.g. one watched by your pCloud desktop app.
